Barcode system has been used firstly by Gür Maden AŞ in the sector. Thereby Production information has been coded in every stage. Grain distribution analyses of received samples have been made and test results applied to testifier sample and one copy of grain distribution certificates have been recorded and preserved in laboratory archive. One copy of these documents has been sent to costumer with the shipped product.  

MALVERN MASTERSIZER GRAIN DISTRIBUTION DEVICE 

Samples received from production line have been subjected to periodical tests and controls in Malvern Master Sizer grain distribution device which makes watered type grain distribution analysis in order that our products will be within desired grain size range. Whiteness controls of our products have been made by means of Elrepho device. Humidity situation of our product has been controlled in Humidity Measuring device.
